Grandstream Says 'Hello' to Expanded UK Presence
The IP phone will forever be part of business operations. And, as innovation drives this phase of digital transformation, offering future forward communications solutions, it still comes back to the IP phone. The IP endpoint can define an interaction, so this component of a communication solution cannot be overlooked.
This week, Hello Telecom announced interoperability with Grandstream, and the IP telephony firm’s GXP and GXV IP phones. Now that testing is completed, resellers and service providers using Hello Telecom’s white label service, Contrex, can seamlessly integrate and deploy the IP endpoints.
The matchmaker in this deal, BNS Distribution, is a UK-based VoIP and unified communication solutions provider and has been a Grandstream distributor for some time. In an effort to offer its customers the latest and greatest of IP phones, BNS helped to bring the two sides together.
In specific, the announcement includes:
- The GXP1600 – a series of entry level IP phones, providing the essential functionalities required from an IP phone.
- The GXP1700 – a series of IP phones fit for the up and coming business. They have a future forward design that offers a feature rich experience and can support mid-range capacity at a pocket friendly price point.
- The GXP2100 – a series of high-end IP phones that, per Grandstream, offer exceptional functionality with flexibility and call control to a desktop. In addition, it empowers users to easily monitor high call volume.
- The GXV3200 – this series of IP video phones for Android (News - Alert) puts the power of multimedia communications in the palm of your hand with innovative video conferencing features.
Business starts with communication, from that afternoon client call, to the morning team meeting. And, having the proper tools in place make a difference. Make sure to choose IP endpoints wisely, and make every interaction count.
